Section 144 has been imposed in Kakinada Sub-division due to the broken statue of Dr. B.R.Ambedhkar at Amalapuram. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) B.Sai Sri said this to news line here on Friday. She stated that the inflict was taken place by the orders of District SP Trivikrama Varma. According to this section, she stated that people are not allowed to conduct strikes/ rallies/ any public meetings in Kakinada. Stringent actions will be taken towards one who conduct or participate in such deeds, she added.
