All the arrangements were made for the Second Phase of Gram Panchayat Elections Polling, that to be held Today (i.e., 27th July) for around 341 Panchayats in the district. The Second phase elections are conducting for both Kakinada & Pedhapuram divisions on the same day. The polling will be held from 7AM to 1PM and counting would be taken up at 2PM for the ward member posts first and then the sarpanch posts and results declared on the same day.
