District Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has stated that every one should try for Polio less society. She had participated in the Second phase of Polio Vaccine Immunization program, which was held here on Sunday by Municipal Corporation, Kakinada. She has visited Dummulapeta area and started the program here. Speaking on this, she said that the polio disease is causing the children because of the lack of awareness about the disease on public. Parents should take care about their children to avoid such diseases. Polio Vaccine immunization is compulsory for every children who are below 5yrs, she stressed. District Medical & Health Officer Padmavathi, another officer Dr. Vijay Kumar, Pulse Polio Co-ordinator Mr. Vara Venkatrao, Public Health Officer Mr. Mohana Krishna, Municipal SE Nava Rohini, Jawahar Arogya Raksha Doctor M.Padma and other officials were participated the program.
