South Central Railway General Manager Mr. Kuldeep Chaturvedi, Vijayawada Division DRM Mr. Anurag visited Kakinada here on Thursday. According to this official visit, they have visited Kakinada Seaport, Nagarjuna Fertilizers Go-downs, Kakinada Port and Town Railway stations. Speaking with media persons, Mr. Kuldeep said, ‘we will take immediate actions to start Kakinada new port railway station by March 2012’. He stated that South Central Railway is on the work to develop the town & port railway stations as early as possible in Kakinada. They have examined all the equipments working in Kakinada seaport. Along with them, Kakinda Seaport CEO Mr. Y.V.Prasad, DGM Murali Krishna and other respective officials participated in the examination.
