Samaikyandra agitation getting hot day-by-day in the city. Many sections continuing their strikes, rallies, protests in support to this ongoing agitation.
Some of the Samaikyandhra activists in Lord Sri Krishna getup performed 'Vutti Mahotsavam' and prayed for Samaikyandhra marking the Sri Krishna Janmashtami Festival in the city on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Revenue employees performed 'Kolatam' on the day.
The Kakinada Municipal Corporation employees conducted a big rally in the city on Wednesday. This rally started from Municipal office at 11am and ended at Balaji cheruvu center at 1pm covering all the major spots in the city.
Zilla Praja Parishad employees also conducted the rally in the city, raising the slogans against the CWC decision for state bifurcation.
Gandhi Nagar Park walkers association conducted rally and expressed their support to the ongoing Samaikyandhra agitation. Government Drivers continued their relay hunger strike.
On otherside, Engineers who are working in government depts in the district have decided to go on strike from 2nd of September. According to this, RUB SE Mr. Murthy had released a press note, here on Wednesday.
