Kakinada Municipal Corporation is going to conduct medical tests for Disabled with the help of specially designed software SADARAM (Software for Assessment of Disability Access, Rehabilitation and Empowerment) and then provide certificates to the qualified in the District on 30th & 31st of this month. According to this, Commissioner Mr. Ravi Kumar had released a press note. He stated that these tests will be conducted from 4th division to 47th division on 30th October, and from 1st division to 4th divisions and also from 47th to 50th divisions on 31st October. Disabled people who haven't attended for previous SADARAM tests are only eligible to attend for this time, he added. He said, people who enrolled their names in Rachchabanda & Prajadarbar programs are required to attend for the tests. He stated that Forum-A application must be filled by the applicants which are available in their nearby Municipal Corporation offices. People should attend for the tests with their applications along with their Ration card xerox copy to their division camps in the respective day.
