Mr. Y.K.V.Apparao has been appointed as Kakinada Rural Mandal Tahsildar. According to this, he had taken charge to his position here on Wednesday from his chamber. Previously, he has worked as Polavaram Tahsildar. He has also worked in Chintalapudi, Jangareddygudem Revenue depts. The state government has issued the orders to this appointment in view of the coming general elections. Mr. Joseph, who has worked as Kakinada Rural Tahsildar previously, was transferred to Kaikaluru.
