State RTI Commissioner Smt. Lam Thanthiya Kumari has stated that 'we can stop corruption & irregularities completely in the country, only when the rural people aware about the RTI act'. Yesterday, she has participated in the 3rd anniversary celebrations meeting of State RTI act publicity committee here at Ambedkar Bhavan in Kakinada. Speaking on this, she reported that the public is not completely aware about all the acts in the country. It is very much required to do more publicity on RTI, she said. She has explained about the implementation of act and the rights of public in this meeting. The committee State President Mr. Putta Surendra Babu, Members Mr. Putta Somanna Chowdary, Mr. Jampa Krishna Kishore, Vijaya Lakshmi, Mr. P.Venu Gopala Reddy, Konda Nirmala, Mr. Chetana, Mr. Valluri Naresh and others attended this meeting.
