Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Bank Limited (APCOB) General Manager Mr. K.V.Phani has stated that 'we received orders from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to introduce Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system in Corporation banks in the state'. Yesterday, he has participated as a chief guest to the review meet, which was conducted at Kakinada DCCB Bank with all the co-operative banks managers & officials. Speaking on this, he said the RTGS system will allows the state farmers to do the business transactions from any bank in the country. ATM's will be arranged soon for all the Co-operative banks in the state, he added. He said, the co-operative bank provided Rs.5,950 crores loans to the state farmers during the Kharif season. We make our target as Rs.6,200 crores for coming Rabhi season, he stated. DCCB CEO Mr. Hema Sundar, GM Mr. Dharma Rao, DGM's Mr. Murthy, Mr. Raju, Mr. Kumar and others participated in this meeting.
