The Chief Architect of Indian Constitution, Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar's 123rd Birth Anniversary has grandly observed by the district authorities, here on Sunday in Kakinada. According to this, the Ministers Mr. Thota Narasimham, Mr. Pinipe Viswaroop, City MLA Mr. Chandra Shekar Reddy, Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad and many other officials presided over these celebrations. Firstly, they had offered garlands to the statue of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar here at Indrapalem center. Later, they had participated in the celebrations arranged at Ambedkar Bhavan in Kakinada. Speaking on this, the Ministers stated that the SC, ST Sub-plan implementation in the state is the vision of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's dream. They had announced that the SC, ST Study circle will be started soon in the district. They stated that the state government is giving high priority for the development of SC, STs in the state. Social welfare guest houses will be developed with Rs. 4 crores of expenses in the district, they added. Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has stated that all the necessary amenities will be provided in all SC, ST wards and villages in the district, as a part of the sub-plan. JC Mr. A.
