Kakinada, Dec 16th: East Godavari district collector, Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwevedi conducted review meeting over the construction of Indiramma houses at district collectorate here on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion he warned the engineers concerned to improve and speed up the construction works. He ordered them to acquire lands with the help of political representatives and issue the pattas to the concerned as soon as possible. He ordered the Kakinada RDO, Kishore Kumar to complete the land acquisition process in Samalkota by the end of this month.
He said that there were many problems in selecting the beneficiaries to issue pattas in Tuni, Mandapeta and Rajahmundry urban areas and asked the concerned to rectify the problems with immediate action. He asked to open accounts to the beneficiaries bank and if not in post offices. He issued show cause notices to the AEs for delay in their works. DRO M. Mohanraju, Housing PD G. Satyanarayana and other participated.
