Rape case against 18 year old

Kakinada, Dec 8th: A police case was registered against an 18-year old youth on Thursday for allegedly raping a class-VII student here on November 30. The girl was sent for medical examinations by the police and the youth was absconding. Kakinada city SI Ch. Ravi Kanth registered a rape case and doing the investigation. A manhunt has been launched to nab the youth.

According to the police, the girl is a resident of Dairyfarm in Kakinada city and was studying class VII in AMG school. The Youth belongs to Dummulapeta was a tailor by profession. On November 30, he caught hold of the girl while she was going to school and took her to an isolated area where he allegedly raped her.

After the girl returned home, her parents got doubt about the behavior of the girl and asked her if anything was wrong. Later, the girl disclosed to her parents about the incident. Parents immediately informed the police and a police case was registered.
