Kakinada Rangaraya Medical College Freshers day was grandly celebrated here on Saturday. The program was held under the chairmanship of the College Principal Mrs. Mahalakshmi. According to this, the JNTU-K Vice Chancellor Dr. Tulasi Ram Das has presided over the program as a chief guest. Speaking on this, he stated that 'Doctor & Engineer both are two eyes to the society'.
