District Railway development plan problems has finally came to an end. Extra Super fast train is going to be started from Kakinada to Secunderabad.  And several other Express trains are going to have a halt at Samalkot junction. South Central Railway's Zonal Railway User's Consultative Committee(ZRUCC) meeting was conducted at Hyderabad. Chairman of Kakinada railway development committee Y.D. Rama Rao participated in this meeting and discussed about some important and favourable proposals. An complete special AC train is going to start in three months from Kakinada to Secunderabad. This train will provide a comfort journey to everyone. It is going to run on the same track which is allocated to Rajadhani Express. This train will be made available for three days in a week. This may control the pressure on Goutami express to some extent. Chairman Y.D. Rama Rao demanded for weekly trains to Mumbai, Kolkata & Delhi from Kakinada town as passangers to these cities are increased day by day. He also demanded that Gouhati, Mumbai and Chennai super fast trains should halt in Samalkot junction. Committee responded positively on these issues, he added. We shall send the proposal on this matter in December as budget is going to be in March, he added. He proposed for one more lift to be allocated in Kakinada town station that is going to be kept on the north side and at the same time trolly paths should be constructed.
