There was another Rabies case registered in Kakinada Government General Hospital here on Thursday. Yerramsetty Rambabu (25) resident of Rajumpalem in Addatigala Mandal is working as farmer along with his family. Five months back, while he was working in the field, a small puppy has bitten him. Rambabu neglected without taking any immediate treatment. Observing that food was distasteful for Rambabu, his mother Venkayamma took him to hospital in Addatigala on Wednesday. After conducting tests, doctors of Addatigala hospital declared,it as rabies case and suggested to take him to Government General Hospital, Kakinada. He was brought to GGH on Thursday night and is being given treatment in isolated ward. Including Rambabu, total 15 Rabies cases were registered this year.
