Kakinada, Nov 12th: Collector Gopala Krishna Dwivedi has ordered the officers to provide quick and correct solutions to the petitions received at the Greivance cell. Collector said this to the officers at the meeting held at Bennet club in Kakinada on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion he said that issues which can be solved at the Divisional and Mandal level are reaching the cell which is adding huge burden. He added that severe action will be taken on the concerned department in failing to solve the issues.
He also added that, the number of petitions should be decreased gradually instead they are increasing day by day. This is the clear evidence that repeated petitions are coming on the same issue, which shows the negligence of the officers.
Collector said that, action will be taken on the bogus petitions as the eligible persons are suffering a lot due to them. He also sent the show cause notices to the officers who did not attend the meeting and said that no excuses will be accepted in this regard.
