District Collector Mr. M.Ravi Chandra ordered Medical Officers to pay attention on giving good Medical services to the people in the Medical Officers meeting conducted at District Medical & Health Office here on Tuesday. Mr. Ravi Chandra mainly questioned the officials about the progress of Tuberculosis & Leprosy diseases as he received the complaints recently. He said people are facing many problems due to the negligence of the officials in supply of medicines and treatment of doctors in time. Collector ordered them to maintain all types of medicines for Leprosy and distribute those medicines in time to the patients. He announced that Pulse Polio program will be conducted on 23rd of this month and advised all officials to make this success. Mr. Ravi Chandra stated that the process of Joint Check power of Sarpanch & M.P.P for treasury of medical services has been cancelled and from now-onwards the Hospital Development Committee will decide treasury decisions.
