The Non-gazetted officers are continuing their strike and protests in the city, against to the CWC decision of state bifurcation. Employees JAC, DM&HO, Education department, Agriculture dept, Zilla Parishad Teachers and Lawyers also continuing their strike and protests in support to the Samaikyandhra agitation. JNTU-K students & staff continuing their relay hunger strikes at the university. The Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti activists took up 'Vantavarpu' program infront of the Collectorate in support to the agitation on Monday. The Revenue Divisional Officers (RDOs) have decided to go on strike from 2nd of September, in support of United Andhra Pradesh movement. According to this, they have conducted a meeting here on Monday. The District Officers have already taken a decision to participate in the strike from 2nd of September. So that the administration is going to come to a standstill totally from that day.
