Kakinada Rural Constituency YSR Congress party members staged protest before Rural Tahasildar Office demanding against the petrol price hike by the Government. Later, they staged dharna before Tahasildar office and conducted Rasta Roko on National Highway of Pitapuram-Kakinada. Increasing Rs.7.50/- per liter at a time is very horrible, they added. They raised slogans against Government to reduce the increase in petrol price. After the protest, they met Revenue Inspector and submitted appeal letter on this.
