Kakinada, Dec 17th: As the center has failed to respond to the demand of a united state, professionals including doctors, advocates and others have joined the ongoing stir to intensity it in both East and West Godavari districts. Advocates from coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions resolved to boycott courts until December 24. Apart of this they also decided to extend their support to those whom police have foisted false cases for taking part in stir.
Doctors associated with the Indian Medical Association led by its president Dr. K. Veeranna Chowdary held a meeting and resolved to join the stir for a united Andhra. Meanwhile, the all party committee in East Godavari observed a rail roko in several railway stations including Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Samalkota and Rajahmundry and express trains halted for sometime by the agitators led by the local MLA, Mr. Routhu Surya Prakash Rao, the MLC Mr. Kandula Durgesh, the Telugu Desam MLA, Mr Chandana Ramesh and other leaders.
