Divisional Electrical Engineer, Mr. M.Ramakrishna said that there would be a power cut in few areas in and around Kakinada here on Saturday on different timings. He said this to the news line here on Friday. Power cut is due to the repairs of some feeders at Powerhouse, Jagannaickpur & Karapa substations. Mr. Ramakrishna said that the power cut would occur in Powerhouse, Port, New Kakinada, Nagamallithota, Dairyfarm Center areas from 7am to 9am, Jagannaickpur area from 9am to 1pm, Karapa & related areas from 9am to 2pm. He released the news to avoid discomfort of users and he requested users to cooperate on this inconvenience.
