DGP Mr. Dinesh Reddy has ordered all the SI's to participate in Grievance cell along with Revenue department on every monday to come more close to public. East Godavari District SP Trivikram has informed that they are going to participate in Grievance Cell from next monday onwards. With this public will be able to contact directly with higher officials from SI cadre onwards, he added. This programme will be conducted on every monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm in the evening. 1.30pm to 2.30pm is given break for Lunch. Rajahmundry SP Ravi Kumar informed that he has taken some steps to improve service and as a part of it receipt is being provided to all the complaints that are being received in Police Stations. Later officers are going through them to file a case if required, he added.
