Kakinada, Feb 3rd: District administration is planning to construct auditorium in Kakinada town. East Godavari District Collector, Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwivedi has revealed this in the meeting organized at district collectorate on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion collector said that there is a need for the auditorium in the town to organize the cultural and social events and they were planning to construct the same to meet the existing requirements.
He said that with the existing exhibition funds and the funds given by the trusts and donars the administration is taking measures to build an auditorium with a 1,000 seat capacity. He ordered the municipal commissioner Mr. G.S.N Murthy to acquire the land and submit the reports with in two days. Mayor Kavikondala Saroja, deputy mayor A. Srinivas, P.S.R.K Thimmaji Rao and others participated in the meeting.
