Philately exhibition from June 26

Kakinada, May 3rd: A state level three day philately exhibition will be held at local Suryakala Mandir from June 26 to June 28. Exhibition committee secretary, Dr. D. Vijay Kumar revealed to the media on Sunday. He said that the exhibition will be held once in four years and their intention was to provide a platform for the people who have the habit of collecting stamps and old coins. It will be of great encouragement to the people collecting these rare specimens.

 

Mr. Vijay said that the competition will be held in both junior and senior levels and national level judges were appointed for selecting the winners. He asked the interested candidates to enroll their name by sending their entries to the organizers on or before May 6. The president of East Godavari Philately Society, Dr. C.A Raju, Rajahmundry corporation commissioners Rajendra Prasad were along with Mr.Vijay Kumar.
