P. Rama Murthy, MRO of Kakinada Urban said steps should be taken to resolve problems in the city. He pin pointed regarding pending Online certificates, Aadhar cards, Temporary ration card coupons & Racha banda. Permanent Aadhar centers will be organised as soon as possible in Urban MRO offices, he added. We acheived only 97.4% in issuing Aadhar cards, remaining will be given as soon as possible, he added. He said that certificates applications are taken only in MRO & Municipal offices, as this facility is not available with eseva centers. Work pressure has been increased and almost 1037 certificates are in pending, steps are being taken to resolve this problem, he added. He said, orders have been passed not to distribute Ration card coupons to people without Aadhar card. Ration goods will not be distributed without a bank account, he added. Charge will be taken on dealers if they do not distribute the goods on proper time eventhough when they are given a chance to take two months goods at a time. He said ration can be taken till 18th of his month and can complaint them if dealers do not provide
