Dr. R. Rama Subrahmanyan, a Senior Scientist of M. S. Swaminathan Reasearch Foundation (MSSRF) in Kakinada, has selected for Dr. Pattabhi Kalapeetham award for his services in Environment field. The award will honour the scientist with Thumuluri Rajendra Prasad merit award on 20th of November at Machilipatnam. Mr. Subrahmanyan is rendering his services in East, West and Krishna districts on behalf of the MSSRF to project mangroves and create good environment conditions in the society. On other side, District General Secretary of Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV), Mr. Kesari Srinivasa Rao has also selected for the Kalapeetham award for his services as a teacher. He was working as a Science Teacher in MSN Charities high school at Jagannaickpur in Kakinada.
