The Union Minister for Human Resources Development Mr. M.M.Pallam Raju is going to arrive Kakinada here on Monday. Sources said, he is arriving his home town for the first time after the announcement of CWC decision on State Bifurcation to create separate Telangana. Speaking on his arrival, the NGOs District JAC Secretary Mr. Pithani Trinadh has said that the Minister should give answers for the bifurcation and also why he did not resign his post as soon as the bifurcation was announced by UPA government. However, the district Congress party members doing arrangements to welcome the Minister.
