ONGC donated Rs 2.5 lakh for the sports meet to be organized under the name Talent Show 2009 for the students studying in the welfare hostels. ONGC Human Resources manager, M. Loknadth, HR deputy general manager B. Ashok Kumar gave the check worth Rs 2.5 lakh to East Godavari district collector, Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwevedi, at his office on Sunday.
Talent show 2009 was targeted to bring out the hidden talents in the students studying in the welfare hostels. The show will be organized by the District Sports Development Society to help the poor people in improving their hidden talents and excel in their future. Speaking on the occasion collector appreciated the ONGC team for their donation towards a good cause.
