Hyderabad, Oct 31st: The chairman of Arogyasri health trust Dr. Y. S Rajashekar Reddy has congratulated the one lakh families, whose family member has undergone successful operation under Arogyasri scheme and also distributed free medical packages for the patients who have under gone the operation.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Minister said that they have made mandatory for all the hospitals which have link with the scheme to reserve 25% beds for the patients under the Arogyasri program. This is the decision taken against the complaints received from the patients about the lack of beds.
Under this scheme of Rajiv Arogyasri II 14 more specialties will be added for the benefit of the patients suffering from different diseases. Separate counters for complaints will also be established in every hospital to know the views of patients regarding Arogyasri and the problems faced by them.
