Old couple dead in a suspicious manner

     Tuni, Oct 30th: Old couple was dead in a suspicious manner on Thursday morning at Thetagunta mandal in Tuni district. The incident came into picture with the entry of the housemaid and the milk man.

      According to the sources, the victims were a retired engineer Kanumoori Krishnam Raju(70) and his wife Sarojini(67) who were living in a small farm house which was located near the National Highway No:5.   Police suspect’s murders were done on Wednesday night and were preplanned.

     Accused has murdered the couple by rounding their necks with electric wire and has taken away the gold, cell phones and some documents where the property cost all together 1 lakh.

     Finger print experts and the dog squads were brought from Vizag and Kakinada to the incident place to get more information regarding the incident. To break the mistery behind the murders D.S.P. Suryarao has appointed two investigation teams under the leadership of CI N.V.S Murthy. Dead bodies were shifted to Government hospital for postmortem.
