Officials inspected colleges

Rajahmundry, Aug 20th: Both revenue and Intermediate education authorities conducted surprise inspections on private junior colleges running without obtaining mandatory permission. They asked students to take admission only in colleges with recognition from government. The revenue divisional officer, Mr. Ch. Vinay Mohan and the regional inspection officer of the Board of Intermediate Education, Mr. C.M Gouse warned of stern action against junior colleges admitting students and running the colleges without obtaining recognition from government.


The RDO asked students to verify whether a junior college has recognition from government before taking admission. They asked students to take admission only in colleges with recognition from government. Mr. Ghouse said that Mega Junior College did not have recognition from government and advised students enrolled there to shift to recognized colleges as there were only two days left to do so.
