Misbehavior of young couples in the Parks is causing trouble to public. Police came forward to take severe action on this. There are total 10 parks in Kakinada, of which, Senior Citizens and Employee families mostly visit Gandhi Nagar Park, Raja Tank and Janmabhoomi parks in the evening regularly. However, few young couples also visit these parks and misbehave, disregarding it is a public place. Due to which, these parks have become a place for vulgarity. Students of High School to PG are also part of this. Inner sources also indicate that there is usage of drugs in these parks. Therefore, Police came into action and started special investigation on this. Police patrolling can be noticed every evening at Gandhi Nagar Park, Raja Tank and Janmabhoomi Park. Parents are being informed and counseling is being given. However, even after strict warning by Police, new couples regularly visit the parks. This is creating astonishment to police. Approximate count of new couples visiting per day is 80, according to police. Two-Town SI, Mr. DS Chaitanya Krishna said that Nuisance case would be filed against the misbehaving couples in parks. Counseling is being conducted for parents as well as the couples, but if this is continued, stringent actions will be taken against them, he added.
