NIT-W's International Alumni meet

Hyderabad, Oct 6th: NIT-W would hold a three-day International Alumni Meet at its campus in Warangal from October 8 to foster innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship among its students. In a statement here today, NIT-W Director Y V Rao said the International Alumni meet, apart from networking and rekindling of friendships, would also hold discussion on fostering Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship to create an environment and business support process that accelerates development of start-up and fledgling companies for entrepreneurs with targeted resources and services to produce successful firms.

National Innovation Foundation Chairman R A Mashelkar will be the chief guest for the foundation day. The meet will be attended by 1000 plus NIT-W alumni, over 3000 plus NIT-W students. Planning Commission Member D Swaminathan and Indian Academy of Engineering President PV Indiresan were among others, who would address the gathering on the occasion.
