The power supply issue will be solved for residents of Jagannaickpur as new Sub Stations will be arranged. As ¾ of Kakinada residents are living in Jagannaickpur, there are several power supply, low voltage and heavy load issues faced. On this, Eastern Power Supply has sanctioned Rs.1 Crores for arranging Substation at Jagannaickpur. However, it was delayed as there was problem regarding land which was allotted for substation. City MLA Dwarampudi Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Municipal Corporation, EPDCL Officers had examined the land at Annama Ghati Center. MLA suggested the officers to commence the work with one week. He also advised that all work must be completed by the month of December. In this program, Municipal Corporation EE Satya Kumari, Electrical DE Murthy, Former Corporators Borra Ramana, Nagababu, Leaders Ashok, Guttula Ramana, Kundala Sai Kumar, Godi Venkat, Talluri Raju and others were present.
