He said this to news line here on Wednesday. Competitions on singing and instrumental were already held at Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Tirupathi, Vishakapatnam. Competitions on instrumental playing will be held on 31st of December and singing will be held on 1st January at Surya Kala Mandir. Candidates below 15 years in junior’s category, candidates between 16 to 25 years in senior’s category are eligible to participate in these competitions.
