Kakinada, Oct 7th: Kakinada city MLA, Mr. Dwarampudi Chandra Shekar Reddy along with mayor, Kavikondala Saroja, Corporators and other party cadre has extended their support to the flood hit victims of Kurnool, Mahbubnagar and other neighboring districts on Wednesday. Total support in the form of clothes, money or kitchenware worth Rs 15 lakh was extended by the MLA. East Godavari district collector Mr. Gopala Krishna Dwevedi has waved the flag and initiated the Lorries that were carrying the flood material to the flood hit districts.
Initially ministers paid rich tributes to the Late Chief Minister Y.S Raja Shekar Reddy, by garlanding his portrait. Speaking on the occasion, collector appreciated Mr. Chandra Shekar Reddy for extending his kind full help towards the flood victims. He also stated that people who want to extend help to the victims of floods in Kurnool, Mahbubnagar, Guntur, Nalgonda and Krishna districts in the state can extend their support in any form through Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. SP Nagi Reddy, ZP chairperson Mr. Venu, corporators and many more participated in the program.
