Rahajmundry, Oct 17th: With the assistance provided by the Iskan Food Relief Foundation free midday meals was provided for the high school students by the government.
The program was inaugurated by MP Gollapalli Surya Rao. In the meeting minister said that with the free education and food, human resources can be developed and praised the services provided by the Iskan foundation.
Satya Gopinath Swamy, Iscon foundation president for Rajahmundry division addressed the meeting and said that it is their pleasure to provide services to the public and nearly 16 lakh of students are provided with this midday meals in the country and 20,000 in Rajahmundry.
Thota Subbarao, Girishankar and the devotees, gave nearly 1.6 lakh worth cheque‘s to the Iskan foundation under this scheme. MLC’s Durgesh, N.Shesa Reddy and many more participated in this program.
