Visalandhra Former Editor Mr. C.Raghavachari stated that every individual must be inspired from theories of Mahatma Gandhi and lead a high valuable life. To mark Death Annivesary of Mahatma Gandhi, various competitions like Essay writing and Elocution (Upanyaas) were conducted for college students at Gandhi Bhavan here on Sunday. Mr. C.Raghavachari participated as chief guest in this program. Ch.Naga Laxmi, Vyshnavi, M.Bhagya, V.Kavya, G.Sai Dheeraj were winners in Essay writing and S.Pavan, A.Sandeep, P.Likitha, D.Sandhya, A.Harshita and A.Ayyapa were winners in Elocution (Upanyaas). Mr. Raghavachari presented the prizes to the winners. Firstly, they paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. In this program, JNTU Rector Mr. K.Satya Prasad, Chairman of Gandhi Bhavan Mr. Dantu Surya Rao, Secretary DVN Sarma and others participated.
