A 14-year boy walking on the road was killed on the spot in a road mishap after being run over by a lorry. yesterday Police who reached the spot portrayed about the accident. Doodu Apparao (14) of Dummulapeta, Kakinada used to collect garbage papers and support his father. While he was on the same work in Beach road this Sunday, D.A.P Load lorry, which came with high speed from port administrative office, ran over him. Due to heavy injury on his head, Apparao was dead on the spot. Town CI Mr. Ch.Ravi Kanth and port SI Mr. G.Satyanarayana reached the incident location and observed. Police are investigating the case.
