Lecturer Mr. Sreeman Janaardhan Ramanuja Dasu precided over a Seminar on Ayurvedic Science conducted at Aditya Degree College. He said that in olden days people in every house used to adopt Ayurvedic medicinals for long life. Now a days when the whole world is giving importance to Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine we are still blindly following Allopathic Medicine, he added. He admitted that cooking ingredients like Jeera, Mustard and Turmeric act as antibiotic and help us to increase our immunity. He also said that Ayurvedam will be very useful for these changing climatic conditions and increasing diseases. Principal Naidu alarmed that youth should take food with good medicinal values.
