Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Former Vice Chancellor and ISRO Hon' Scientist Prof. Rallapalli Rammurthy, has been appointed as the advisor for Life Science course in JNTU-K. JNTU Kakinada Vice Chancellor Prof. Allam Apparao has released orders and welcomed Mr.Rallapalli with flower bouquets. The course includes Sports medicine, Pharma, Bio technology, Food technology, Occupation health course. These are under the supervision of Director of Scientific and Technical Department of the University, Dr.B.Prabhakar. They will be examined by Prof. Rammurthy. Various plans are also being formulated related to the subject which could prove to be of great help to the students. Our Prime Minister Manmohan Singh had appreciated Prof. Rallapalli, when he was the General President of Indian Science Congress during 2007-08. Mr.Rammurthy was a scholar at Florida University where he had a great achievment of 37 PhDs by submitting 272 research papers.
