Life Imprisonment in Murder Case

Life imprisonment and penalty has been imposed on a murder case where husband killed his wife. According to the prosecutor, Velugula Ramesh from Kondevaram of U.Kothapalli Mandal and Krishnaveni from Kothapalli were married 16 years ago. Ramesh always suspected his wife that she is having an extra-marital affair with some other person. Due to this suspicion, he attacked his wife with barber knife on June 16th , 2009. Due to this, his wife died on spot. As his crime was proved in judgment given by court, life imprisonment and penalty of Rs.500/- has been declared. Additional Session District Judge Ch.K.Durga Rao has given verdict.
