Unique Identity Card 'Aadhaar' enrollment process ends in another 15days in the District. According to the Government Authorities order, it should be closed on this Wednesday, but on special request of District Joint Collector Mr. A.Babu, the process has been extended for another 15days in the district. Speaking on this, Mr. Babu called upon the people to use this opportunity to enroll their details for the Unique identity card as soon as possible from any center in the district. A total of 49,46,697 members have successfully enrolled out of 51,51,549 members who actually attended for the enrollment of aadhaar in the district. This clearly states that only 96% of the population from the district have enrolled for Aadhaar. This process has been started from 2011 of January and it nearly took 1year for district administration to complete the process. Presently, 102 Aadhaar enrollment centers are working in the district, he added.
