The Kakinada Marine Police arrested 12 Fishermen who belongs to Sri Lanka for doing illegal sea fishing. According to the sources, during the routine patrolling duty on the Coast Guard Ship 'Viswasth', the personnnel spotted two lankan boats who are doing illegal shipping at 128 miles distance from Narsapuram on 20th of this month. The Coast Guard Police found 200 kgs of Tuna fish in the boats. Later, the Kakinada Coast Guard Police handed them along with the boat & fish meet to the Marine Police. The Kakinada Marine Police team led by the Marine C.I Mr. Pavan Kishore arrested the fishermen and produced them in the court on Monday.
