State Government released 2011 Census results here on Friday. As per these results, Kakinada City Population is 3,12,538, of which 1,52,571 are Men and 1,59,967 are Women. Out of this, children (below 6yrs) are 29,698 in the city, as per the results. The increase percentage of city population is very less while compared to 2001 census. As per 2001 census, the population of the city is 2,96,323.
