District Collector Mrs. Neethu Kumari Prasad has announced that the Beach Festival will be conducted from 11th of January to 13th of January, 2013, at Kakinada Beach. According to this, she had released a press note here on Friday. She said that they are planning this 3-days festival to conduct grandly in the city.
