JNTU-K team, which stood in third place in Inter University competitions held recently, is getting ready for All India Competitions. JNTU-K Sports women will participate in Finals from 25th to 28th of this month at Chandigarh University. In the Inter University competitions, Mumbai University stood in first place and Osmania University stood in second place. Vice Chancellor of JNTU-K, Prof. Allam Apparao introduced the members of the team and gave best wishes. Prof. Apparao appealed that team should make University recognized in All India Level. University Sports Secretary, Mr. G.Syam Kumar stated that AV Sai Srujuna (Vishaka) will coordinate as Captain of the team and Mr. TVVK Prakash will coordinate as Manager. Rector Dr.K.Satya Prasad and Registrar Mr. V.Ravindra were present.
