Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada Rector Dr. Prabhakar Rao has started to the International Research conference on Information Technology and Computer Sciences (IRCITCS)-2013, which is to be held from 28th to 30th of September at Kualalumpur, Malaysia. IRCITCS has invited him to the conference accepting his conference paper title 'Video Compression Technique using a Novel Motion Estimation Algorithm of Watershed'.
