Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada has celebrated its 4th University Formation Day here on Tuesday at JNTU-K Allumini Auditorium in Kakinada. The cultural program have conducted under the chairmanship of JNTU-K Registrar Dr. E. V. Prasad. Various cultural activities have taken place by the university students in the program. Wipro Technology Account Delivery Head, Mr. Surya Prakash Tammiraju presided over the program as a chief guest. Speaking on this, he said, amazing things in the world are to be possible with the study of technology. He said, 88% of Americans are being educated with the Cloud Computing method. By this method, students can easily understand their studies with good computing examples. He felt that it will be good if the method was implemented in JNTU-K university also. Later, JNTU-K Vice Chancellor, Dr. Tulasi Ramdas has said, JNTU-K university is providing quality education to the students in International standards with all latest techniques, laboratory equiments, etc.,. He released the progress of the university for last year. Later, he had presented awards to 14 Best Teachers, 44 Best Students, 24 Best PET's, Best Coaches and Best Sports Men for last academic year in the occassion. Rector Dr. Satya Prasad, Directors Mr. Apparao, Mr. Prasad Raju, Mr. Ravindra, Mr. Purnanandam, Mr. Mallikarjun Rao, Santhi Prabha, Mr. Vijay Kumar, Principals Mr. Padma Raju, Mr. Uday Bhaskar, Affiliated colleges chairmans and students participated in this program.
