Kurnool, Sep 25th: Late Chief Minister Dr Y S Rajasekhar Reddy's son and Kadapa Parliament member Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy today paid tributes to his father at the helicopter crash site at Pavuralagutta in Atmakuru mandal of Kurnool district. Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy reached the crash site along with his uncle Y S Vivekananda Reddy, Kadapa Mayor Raveendranatha Reddy and other well wishers and party workers.
Andhra Pradesh Minister for Housing and Weaker Sections Silpa Mohan Reddy, Minister for Mines and Geology B Srinivas Reddy also accompanied Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy. Later, addressing the gathering at Nallakaluva village Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy said it was the responsibility of everyone to fulfill the aspirations of the former Chief Minister, who worked for the welfare of the poor in the state.
He said his father's desire was to provide irrigated water to every nook and corner of the state to improve agricultural production and provide quality and free education to all sections of people, especially the poor. Mr Reddy had been staying at Idupulapaya for the last four days to pay homage at his father's grave. A large number of people visited the crash site along with Jagan Mohan Reddy.
